The 2008 workshop was held July 27-August 1 at Boston University's beautiful Photonics Center. Thirty educators attended from around the US and even Europe. They are instructors in high school and post-secondary educational programs in physics and technical education, as well as dedicated photonics programs. The educators worked through four of the Problem Based Learning activities developed by the PHOTON Projects, and will field test them in their classrooms in the coming school year.
