The RSP Tuition Break Catalog

The annual catalog lists more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degree programs offered through the RSP Tuition Break and explains eligibility for residents of all six New England states - Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. (NOTE: Also refer to the RSP Tuition Break Database on this web site to search for programs available to residents of each state.)

The 2008-09 catalogs are distributed in fall 2007 to all high school guidance offices and libraries, town libraries, college libraries, higher education information centers, legislators, as well as  the RSP participating colleges and universities in all six New England states.
