NEBHE is proud to provide professional development programs and access
to leading-edge curricula for secondary teachers and the faculty of
community and state colleges and universities. Our programs generally
focus on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)
fields in an effort to support the growth and competitiveness of New
England's technical workforce.
PHOTON2, a three-year project that began in 2004, gives educators the
necessary skills and resources to implement and teach photonics, one of
the most pervasive and critical new technologies in the 21st century.
