The Apple Book Tuition Break Catalog
The Apple Book is the annual catalog of the RSP Tuition Break Program.
It contains specific information for the residents of each New England
state on eligible degree programs and the institutions that offer them.
You may access the Apple Book in the following ways:
1. Download your state’s Apple Book in PDF format:

2. Receive the Apple Book by mail. Email us at tuitionbreak@nebhe.org
or send a request to the New England Board of Higher Education, 45
Temple Place, Boston, MA 02111. Be sure to include your name and full
mailing address, including your zip code.
3. The Apple Book is also available at high school guidance offices,
admissions and career-planning offices at New England public colleges
and universities, and public libraries throughout New England.
