On Friday, March 2, 2012, the New England Board of Higher Education hosted a presentation by Blair Levin, Executive Director of Gig.U. Invited attendees included Chief Information Officers from area higher education institutions and municipalities, as well as regional leaders in broadband initiatives and economic development.
