Master Property Program

NEBHE is pleased to offer to New England campuses the Master Property Program, a comprehensive "all risk" property insurance program with coverage and services tailored specifically to meet the needs of higher education, at costs that have consistently been below industry trends.

Established in 1994 by the Midwestern Higher Education Compact, the Master Property Program (MPP) is a regional collaborative venture that provides comprehensive property coverage, specifically tailored to the needs of today’s college campuses, while reducing insurance costs and improving asset protection. It has generated more than $50 million in savings for its participating institutions since its inception.
