RSP Tuition Break Database

Search the database of tuition-discounted degree programs approved for residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Check to make sure you have the right browser, then click below to begin your search.

The online Tuition Break Database is only viewable with the following browsers:

Windows 7, Vista, XP or 2000:

• Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
• Firefox 1.0 or later

Mac OS X:

• Safari 1.1 or later
• Firefox 1.0 or later

Note to Safari and Internet Explorer 7 users: To navigate through the database, do not not use the "Back" arrow in the top of your browser window. Use the <-- Back To links at the top right of each page. (If you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer, you should not see the back button in the first place.)

When you are finished with the database, please click log out in the upper right corner.
