The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) is pleased to announce its tenth anniversary of the New England Higher Education Excellence Awards. Presentations of the awards will be made at our annual Excellence Awards dinner on Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.

Four regional awards will be presented to individuals and organizations from higher education, government and business sectors that exemplify excellence in higher education in one or more of the following areas: leadership, innovation, diversity, partnerships/collaborations or educational opportunity.
In addition, there will be six state merit awards—one in each of the New England states—presented to an individual, program, organization, institution or business for exemplifying, through their work, excellence in promoting college readiness and success for the students of New England.
