Dodd to UConn?

Could U.S. Sen. Chris Dodd be the next president of UConn? That's the question asked by the Hartford Courant's Capitol Watch blog one day after UConn President Michael Hogan announced he is leaving Storrs next month to become president of the University of Illinois.
