The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) announced that CEO Joyce E. Smith will retire in summer 2020, after 30 years of service to the association and 44 years in the college admission profession.

The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) announced that Tim Storey will become the Denver-based national group’s new executive director, succeeding Bill Pound, who has run the organization since 1987.

The Maine Community College System announced that Barbara Finkelstein will retire as president of York County Community College on June 30.

Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) named its Executive Vice President John R. Regan to succeed Rick Lord, who is retiring after 20 years leading the state’s largest business association.
